Grief support groups are the foundation of what we do at Lost & Found Grief Center. Our therapeutic groups bring together people who understand what it means to lose someone they love, creating a space where grief is not something to hide, but something to heal from together.
Lost & Found Grief Center provides professional therapeutic grief support groups at no cost to the individuals and families we serve. Groups are available for children, teens, parents, and adults. When kids attend group, their parents or caregivers attend a group at the same time, so the whole family receives support at the same time.
